Campers collaborating on robotics challenge to develop problem-solving and teamwork skills

the Triangle’S PREMIER ROBOTICS CAMP

A hands-on summer program where kids design and build robots, solve real engineering challenges and build confidence that lasts.

At Bull City Robotics, we believe summer should be more than fun—it should be a launchpad.

Every week, campers dive into a new theme, tackle fresh challenges, and team up to bring ideas to life. From LEGO® builds to advanced competition bots, our program blends creativity and engineering to spark the next generation of thinkers and doers.

Why Choose Us?

  • We are located in Durham’s historic Lakewood neighborhood, easily accessible from Raleigh, Cary, and Chapel Hill.

  • We offer 13 unique weeks of fun and challenge (Battle Bots, Space Explorers, Robotics Olympics, and more).

  • We feature four different age tracks, from elementary through high school, so every child learns at the right level.

  • Many of our counselors are alumni or current members of FIRST Robotics teams and students from the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics. They bring hands-on expertise, energy and the passion to help every camper explore boldly and strive for excellence.

  • Led by Robyn Stephens who has over 20 years of youth robotics experience guiding students to national and international championships.

  • Our before-care begins at 7:30 am and after-care runs until 6:00 pm.
